Museum of Modern (f)Art reopening in 2025

The popular Museum of Modern (f)Art is returning in 2025.

We’ll be opening the Museum of Modern (f)Art twice a week during January, between 9.30am – 12pm, on:

• Monday 6 Jan & Friday 10 Jan
• Monday 13 Jan & Friday 17 Jan
• Monday 20 Jan & Friday 24 Jan

More than 1200 visitors enjoyed the Museum of Modern (f)Art during the 10 days of Geelong Design Week, from November 21-30.

General Manager Smart and Sustainable Infrastructure David Snadden said Barwon Water was thrilled by the response to the Museum of Modern (f)Art, which received overwhelmingly positive feedback.

“Young families had a great time playing, interacting, and creating in the space, and we regularly heard that people were keen to make repeat visits,” Mr Snadden said.

“Opening throughout the school holidays provides a free and fun activity for kids of all ages, that is both entertaining and educational.”

Once school resumes, we’ll be opening the Museum of Modern (f)Art for weekly sessions, starting Thursday 6 February at 9.30am.
