Update my details

The easiest way to update your details and edit your billing and payment preferences is through your online account dashboard.

Dashboard login / register

Through the dashboard, you can change or update your:

  • name
  • postal address
  • email address
  • contact number
  • billing preferences (email or post)
  • payment method

You’ll also be able to view your water bills and see your transaction history.

Granting access to your account

You can register someone else to have access to your account details (for example, through a Power of Attorney) and act on your behalf. To register another person, please complete the following form.
