Our WaterSmart Washing Machine Rebate program supports residential customers to improve the water efficiency of their homes to save water, energy and reduce their bills.
A rebate will be available to residential customers that trade in their old inefficient top loading washing machine and upgrade to a minimum 4.5-Star WELS as well as 4-Star energy rated (or better) front loading washing machine. Note that a rebate will only apply to eligible washing machines purchased during the offer period, washing machines purchased outside this timeframe will not be eligible for a rebate. Further details around eligibility criteria, including the terms and conditions, will be available in early 2025.
