Land development manual
Our Land Development Manual is a comprehensive guide on Barwon Water’s requirements, processes and standards for providing water and sewer services to development projects across our region. It is intended for developers, consultants, contractors, surveyors, landowners and other authorities involved in subdivision and development activities.
The manual should be read in conjunction with the development deed, provided in response to your Application for Development, which will outline any requirements and obligations that apply to your specific development.
