Undertaking your development
The process and requirements for development generally depend on whether new or altered reticulated water and/or sewer mains are required to service your development.
If new or altered reticulated water and/or sewer mains are required, you will be issued a Developer Works Deed and must follow the Developer Works Process.

If only new or altered water and/or sewer connections are required, you will be issued a Non-Works Deed and must follow the Non-Works Process.
Non-works process
If both reticulated water and/or sewer mains and connections for a proposed building are required, you will be issued a Combined Deed and must follow both the Developer Works and Non-Works processes.
