After applying for development, if you have been issued a non-works deed, you must follow the non-works process.

A “Statement of Compliance” checklist is provided at the bottom of the Non-Works Deed detailing the requirements that need to be satisfied for your project prior to Barwon Water’s consent to Statement of Compliance being issued.
