The WaterSmart Home Toilet Program is designed to support residential customers to save water in the home by upgrading an old inefficient single flush toilet cistern or an old, leaking dual flush toilet cistern with a new water efficient toilet cistern.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the WaterSmart Home Toilet Program, you must:
- be a Barwon Water customer that owns a property within Barwon Water’s service region that is charged a residential water charge
What’s included
A licensed plumber will assess your toilet for leaks and as required supply and install one toilet cistern upgrade per property during the life of the program. The program is valued at $360 and as part our commitment to encourage efficient water use, we are offering the program for free to eligible residents.
How to apply
To apply for the WaterSmart Home Toilet Program please complete an online application form and attach relevant supporting documents including:
- a photo of the toilet cistern to be upgraded
By participating in the program, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any further toilet cistern upgrades under the WaterSmart Home Toilet Program at this property.
