Our Strategy 2030 vision is to enable regional prosperity.  In this senior role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of Barwon Water’s digital transformation, leading our digital engineering practice, bringing contemporary work practices to software development, integration, data and analytics, and AI.

As a partner to the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the business to resolve problems and realise opportunities through the rapid delivery of software and analytics solutions.  Overseeing our digital engineering services that span artificial intelligence, data engineering, software development, automation, and application lifecycle management.

This role requires a continuous improvement mindset, to contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide digital transformation.

A highly regarded leader with solid experience across the technical domains this role is responsible for.  You understand the value of a constructive partnership, effectively leading and learning from partners to build internal capability and help realise Barwon Water Group’s strategy.

About you

With in-depth knowledge and experience in digital business, you’ve had leadership responsibilities across the software development lifecycle as well as data management and analytics, understanding contemporary practices in action.  Excited by the potential benefits AI can bring to an organisation, and ultimately its customers.

You’re someone with excellent business, resource management, and financial skills, who demonstrates strong political acumen and governance, with an understanding of how to align business and community needs with environmental, sustainability and financial goals.  You’re an outstanding communicator with exceptional stakeholder management strengths, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to drive outcomes and improvements.

An experienced leader of multidisciplinary teams, you are adept at influencing colleagues and collaborators.  You’re passionate to deliver real change and benefit to the organisation.
