As a Customer Operations Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless experience for Barwon Water customers. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs and providing timely, effective solutions that enhance satisfaction.

In this multiskilled role, you’ll monitor customer channels, resolve issues promptly, and work collaboratively across the team and with stakeholders across Barwon Water to maintain service standards and manage escalations efficiently.

You’ll support the front-line team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping Barwon Water uphold its commitment to exceptional customer service. This position offers stability and opportunities for professional growth, enabling you to reach your full potential.

About You

You’re passionate about creating meaningful, memorable customer experiences. Our Customer Operations team manages all support services, including Billing, Collections, Connections, and Metering and your ability to adapt will be key to your success.

With experience in customer service and operations, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your tenacity and analytical skills will support root cause investigations and compliance monitoring. Self-motivated and solutions-driven, you think on your feet and take pride in delivering outstanding outcomes for customers.
