Community engagement is at the heart of Barwon Water’s vision – shaping projects that matter and creating lasting benefits for our region. In this exciting role, you’ll be part of a passionate, close-knit team driving engagement strategies for water, sewerage, and recycled water infrastructure projects.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working alongside diverse experts to plan and deliver engagement initiatives that keep our community informed and involved. From identifying customer experience risks to building strong, meaningful relationships, your work will help Barwon Water deliver for the community every day.

About You

You’re a communications professional with a knack for connecting with people and building trust. Your interpersonal skills are second to none, and you know how to turn conversations into partnerships that achieve win–win outcomes.

Curious and creative, you love finding innovative solutions and crafting messages that resonate. Community-minded at heart, you understand the importance of keeping customers informed and engaged throughout every stage of a project.

Your background in community engagement is supported by qualifications in communications or a related field. You bring strong organisational skills and the ability to create clear, customer-friendly content across multiple platforms.
