System upgrade

Due to a system upgrade, some sections of this website will be unavailable beginning close-of-business this evening (5.00 pm, Tuesday 24 April) until approximately 9 am, Monday 29 April.

The following sections will be unavailable:

  • View your bill online. This tool allows registered customers to view and download their Barwon Water bills in PDF format.

  • Property enquiry application. This tool is for solicitors and conveyancers handling property transfers. The tool allows users to request information statements, special meter readings and drainage plans.

  • Property search tool. This tool is mainly for plumbers, builders and engineering consultants. It allows registered users to request ProFIS and drainage plans, book in water tappings, obtain consent numbers, and check the status of developments.

We expect all features to be working as normal by 9 am, Monday 29 April, and apologise in advance for any inconvenience.


Customer call centre

Our customer call centre will be closed from 9 am to 12 noon, Monday 29 April as our system upgrade is completed.

Our call centre will also be closed for the ANZAC Day public holiday (Thursday 25 April).

For emergencies and faults, such as a burst water main, please call 1300 656 007. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
