Today's 100 m victory caps off a perfect campaign for the paralympian, who also won gold in long jump on Sunday.

Racing in the T42 category for athletes with a single leg amputation above or through the knee, Kelly blitzed the field to cross the line in the championship record time of 16.46 seconds.

Cartwright opened her campaign on Sunday afternoon, leaping 4.19 metres to break the world record and snare gold in the T42 long jump.

Kelly joined Barwon Water as Youth and Environment Ambassador in late 2009. She also works part-time in the Communications team.

Congratulations to Kelly from everyone at Barwon Water.
