This new site has been designed for you, to make it easier to find what you need and do business with us; anywhere, anytime.
Features
Here’s a just a few of the new or improved features of our new site:
Customer dashboard
We’ve built a brand new customer dashboard for account holders. You can view and pay your water bills, see your usage and transaction history, update your details, change your payment arrangement and more.
Responsive design
Desktop, tablet, mobile phone, smart fridge… we’ve got you covered. This site will adapt to your screen, no matter how big or small, so you can find what you need, wherever you are.
User-friendly forms
For business users, we’ve done away with those clumsy PDF ‘SmartForms’ and replaced them with easy-to-use web forms that you can complete and submit from any device. If you’re a frequent form user, you can also save your details so you don’t have to start every application from scratch. While we still have a number of older plain PDF forms, we’re hard at work overhauling these too.
Social sign-in
Do you have too many passwords to remember? We get it. Now you can create an online account with us and sign in with your Facebook or Google credentials.
We’re proud to present our new-look website; but rest assured, we’re not taking a break. We’re hard at work improving the experience, updating the information, and making it easier for you.
