We have a comprehensive water conservation program to help you save water at home.
A water-efficient showerhead can cut your water shower flow by 50%.
In our region, around 65% of water is consumed in homes.
With your help, we aim to reduce overall water consumption by 25% by 2015 and by 30% by 2030.
WaterSecure Home
Our WaterSecure Home program is a subsidised in-home water audit and retrofit. A licensed plumber will review your home, fix minor leaks and install a water-saving showerhead and tap flow regulators or aerators.

Rebates for water-wise products
You can claim a rebate off your water bill if you buy water-wise products.
Eligible products include showerheads, dual-flush toilets, rainwater tanks, trigger nozzles, tap timers, garden mulch and more.
Showerhead exchange
Bring in your old showerhead and we'll exchange it for a new water-saving model — for free!
A water-efficient showerhead can cut your shower flow by more than 50 per cent, from an average of 20 litres a minute to just 9 litres a minute.
