If you have eligible rebates for purchasing waterwise products, these will appear as credits on your bill.

If you are having difficulty paying your bill we offer a range of assistance options.
Whether you're an owner or tenant, please provide us at least 2 days notice when moving in/out of a new property.
This allows us to arrange a special water meter reading and ensure you are only charged for water used while you occupy a property.
Help us keep your customer details correct and up-to-date, or arrange to have someone access your account details on your behalf.
