Interbath chrome sheadReplacing your old showerheads with new, water-efficient models is an easy way of improving your home's water efficiency. One water-efficient showerhead can save up to 13,500 litres of water each year and save you money off your water and energy bills.

How can you participate in the showerhead exchange?

Customers can exchange as many showerheads they have per property. Please bring your old showerhead/s to one of our customer service centres located at:

BARWON WATER

Geelong:       61-67 Ryrie Street             Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm

Colac:           33 Bromfield Street           Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm

Lorne:           90-94 Polwarth Road         Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm

Our customer service staff will accept your old showerhead/s and provide you with replacement three-star showerheads. Full instructions on fitting the showerhead are included with the exchange.

The two types of showerheads provided in this exchange are a wall-mounted Interbath Rainmaker Classic II (chrome and white) and a Rio hand held showerhead.

The recommended retail price for the showerheads on offer is over $100.

Barwon Water only keeps a record of all customers who have exchanged showerheads to monitor program success.

To protect our environment, your old showerheads will be recycled.

Should you require any other information, contact us on 1300 656 007.

Please note
Water efficient showerheads cannot be fitted to gravity or some instantaneous hot water systems.  Barwon Water is not responsible for removal or installation of any showerheads, any damage caused as a result of such removal or installation, or any plumbing issues relating to the property as a result of the use of a replacement showerhead.  In rental situations, both the landlord and tenant must agree to the replacement of the existing showerhead with the water efficient showerhead, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic).
