Water restrictions

Stage 4 water restrictions apply in the greater Geelong water supply region which includes Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, Torquay, Anglesea, Winchelsea and Bannockburn. For more information, click here.

Stage 2 water restrictions apply in  Apollo Bay, Skenes Creek and Marengo.  For more information, click here.

Colac and district, Gellibrand, Aireys Inlet and Lorne are supplied by separate water supply systems and are not bound by water restrictions. However, permanent water saving measures remain in force in these water supply areas. For more information,  click here .

Failure to adhere to Water Restrictions will result in a penalty being issued. For information on these penalties, please visit the  Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel.
