2008 Water Plan

In June 2008, the Essential Service Commission (ESC) released its final determination on Barwon Water's 2008-2013 Water Plan.

The ESC approved an average annual price increase of 9.5 per cent, excluding CPI, over the next five years.

Barwon Water will spend a record $560 million on capital works over the next five years, of which more than $440 million is included in the 2008-2013 Water Plan.
