Terms and Conditions

BMHS Pty Ltd ("BMHS") is the owner of the SafeAS Manual, including for copyright and all other legal purposes. Barwon Water is entitled to use the SafeAS Manual under licence from BMHS. That licence also permits Barwon Water to make the SafeAS Manual available to Barwon Water employees and contractors for use and compliance by them solely in connection with the performance of their tasks and responsibilities to Barwon Water. Any use of the SafeAS Manual or contents by a contractor for any purposes not associated with Barwon Water is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use may expose you to substantial claims for compensation from BMHS for breach of copyright and other applicable laws. Barwon Water will inform BMHS of all known or suspected contraventions of these conditions, for possible legal action by BMHS. The Contractor hereby indemnifies Barwon Water and BMHS and shall keep both of them indemnified against any and all claims that might be made against Barwon Water on any account whatsoever in connection with any contravention by the Contractor of these conditions.
