The following General Conditions for Purchase of Goods and Services are incorporated into every Purchase Order Contract. Barwon Water reserves the right to add to, amend, or otherwise alter these General Conditions from time to time, including by posting a revised version of the General Conditions on Barwon Water’s website. Where Barwon Water enters into a written contract with a supplier, the provisions of the written contract prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between those provisions and General Conditions for Purchase of Goods and Services.
