Fees and charges (business customers)

 

Standard charges

  • Water volume: $1.9817 per kilolitre

This is a usage charge. It is based on the amount of water you use.

1 kilolitre (kL) is 1000 litres

 

  • Water service: $37.65 per quarter

This is a fixed charge. It is the same every quarter, regardless of how much water you use.

 

  • Sewage volume: $1.6933 per kilolitre

This is a usage charge. It is based on the amount of water you use.

 

  • Sewerage service: $75.66 per quarter

This is a fixed charge. It is the same every quarter, regardless of how much water you use.

  

Other fees and charges

Business customers may have additional charges, for example a trade waste tariff or fire service fee.

Credits

If you have overpaid a bill, the extra amount will appear as a credit on your next bill.

Our fees and charges are regulated by the Essential Services Commission, an independent government body.
