Most businesses are billed quarterly. Some larger businesses are billed monthly.
Trade waste customers receive their trade waste tariff on a separate annual bill.
Understanding your bill
Your business bill contains separate charges for:
- water volume
- water service
- sewage volume
- sewerage service
Other charges may apply, such as a trade waste tariff or fire service fee.

Paying your bill
You can pay your bill in a number of ways:
- Direct Debit from your bank account
- online with POSTbillpay
- over the phone with a credit card
- by mail, with a cheque
- in person at one of our customer service centres
- in person at a post office
